Orissa HC: No Jurisdiction on Consumer Commission to Entertain Matters Under SARFAESI Act - (03 Jul 2024)

CONSUMER

Orissa High Court has observed that any suit or proceeding which can be entertained by the Debt Recovery Tribunal or the Appellate Tribunal cannot be entertained by any Court or other authority, in respect of any action in present day or in future to be taken under the SARFAESI Act.
