Food Aduletration: Rajasthan High Court Takes Suo Motu Cognizance - (02 Jul 2024)

FOOD ADULTERATION

Rajasthan High Court has taken suo motu cognizance of rampant food adulteration incidents and observed that the Fundamental Right to Life includes a safe and healthy life and people are protected under Article 21 of the Constitution of India against hazardous and injurious food articles.
