Rajasthan High Court: Lands Protected from Demolition Drive Amid Vacation of Court - (01 Jul 2024)

Rajasthan High Court has prevented the Jaipur Development Authority from demolishing properties of private land owners as a part of an encroachment removal drive till the time the matter is heard by a regular bench after vacation.
