Bom. HC: Sexual Assault on Partner Not Justified Even if Intimate Relationship Exists - (01 Jul 2024)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court while refusing to quash an FIR by a woman against her boyfriend has observed that a relationship between two adult individuals does not justify sexual assault by one on his partner.
