Tel. HC: Filing of Petition u/s 9 of IBC Does Not Bar Initiation of Proceeding u/s 11(6) of A&C Act - (01 Jul 2024)

ARBITRATION

Telangana High Court has observed that the mere filing of a petition under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 does not bar initiation of proceeding under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
