Arvind Kejriwal’s Bail Stayed by Delhi High Court - (26 Jun 2024)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has stayed the order granting bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on the ground that the Vacation Judge while passing the impugned order did not appropriately appreciate the material/documents submitted on record and pleas taken by ED.
