Kar. HC: For Denial of Relief by Court, Political Influence in Transfer & Posting May be the Ground - (25 Jun 2024)

SERVICE

Karnataka High Court has observed that the act of public servants causing political influence in matters of transfer & posting is a matter of deprecation and that may constitute a sole ground for declining relief in constitutional jurisdiction.
