MP HC: Wife’s Refusal to Have Physical Relationship With Husband, Amounts to Cruelty - (24 Jun 2024)

Madhya Pradesh High Court while upholding the divorce decree in favour of a husband, has observed that a wife’s refusal to have a physical relationship with her husband amounts to cruelty.
