Utt. HC: While Exercising Inherent Jurisdiction, HC Does Not Function As Court of Appeal or Revision - (21 Jun 2024)

Utt. HC has held that inherent jurisdiction though wide should not be capriciously or arbitrarily exercised, but should be exercised in appropriate cases to do real and substantial justice. While exercising this jurisdiction, the Court does not function as a Court of Appeal or Revision.
