Bom. HC: Bar Council of Mah. & Goa Directed to Take Action Against Lawyer Who Appeared Without Band - (21 Jun 2024)

Bombay High Court has directed the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa to take action against a lawyer who appeared in the court without proper attire as prescribed by the rules.
