Pat. HC: Bihar Law Increasing Reservation for SC, ST & OBC Communities to 65%, Set Aside - (20 Jun 2024)

CIVIL

Pat. HC has set aside the Bihar Reservation of Vacancies in Posts and Services (Amendment) Act, 2023 and the Bihar (in admission in educational institutions) Reservation (Amendment) Act, 2023 increasing the reservation for SC, ST & OBC Communities from existing 50% to 65%.
