Delhi High Court: Injunction Granted to Infosys Against Southern Infosys Ltd - (20 Jun 2024)

Del. HC while granting an injunction in favour of Infosys against Southern Infosys Ltd has observed that the combination of visual, phonetic, and conceptual similarities between the marks, on a prima facie assessment significantly raises the likelihood of consumer confusion.
