Meg. HC: In Service Matters, Claim of Additional Increment is Not a Continuing Ground - (18 Jun 2024)

Meghalaya High Court has observed that in service matters, additional increment is not a continuing ground, hence, relief cannot be granted on grounds of delay and latches in cases of long delay in filing a petition.
