Bombay HC Rejects PIL Seeking New Commission to Probe Gandhi Murder - (07 Jun 2016)

Bombay HC has dismissed a public interest litigation (PIL) seeking appointment of a Commission of Inquiry to probe afresh the murder of Mahatma Gandhi and conspiracy behind it.
