Del. HC to Social Media Platforms: Remove Video Recording of Court Proceedings of Arvind Kejriwal - (17 Jun 2024)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

Delhi High Court has directed social media platforms to remove audio or video recording of court proceedings when Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal addressed the court personally after his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the alleged liquor policy scam.
