Bombay High Court: Release of Film "Shaadi Ke Director Karan Aur Johar" Restrained - (14 Jun 2024)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Bombay High Court has restrained the release of the film "Shaadi Ke Director Karan Aur Johar" on the ground that a strong prima facie case has been made out by the plaintiff to protect his personality rights which are vested in him considering that he has the status of celebrity.
