INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Filmmaker Karan Johar has filed a suit against the makers of the film “Shaadi Ke Director Karan Aur Johar” on the ground that by using his name in the title, confusion is being created in the minds of the public at large that the said film is associated with him.
