Karnataka High Court: Rape Case Filed by Woman Against Her Fiancé, Quashed - (11 Jun 2024)

CRIMINAL

Karnataka High Court has quashed a rape case filed by a woman against her fiancé on the ground that talks of marriage between the members of the family had taken place, and the date of marriage was also fixed which shows that there was no false promise of marriage.
