Rajasthan HC: Can Rely on Testimony of Injured Witness Unless There are Major Contradictions - (10 Jun 2024)

LAW OF EVIDENCE

Rajasthan High Court has observed that the court can rely on the testimony of an injured person and it cannot be rejected on the ground that there are minor discrepancies.
