SC: Authorities to Ensure No Untoward Incident Happens in Connection With Hoardings - (10 Jun 2024)

Supreme Court on a plea by Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai regarding hoardings on Railway’s land, has directed the authorities to ensure that no untoward incident happens in connection with any hoardings now that the monsoons have arrived.
