Ker. HC: Maternity Benefit Act Not Applicable to Private Educational Institutions Before 06.03.2020 - (07 Jun 2024)

SERVICE

Kerala HC after noting that a gazette notification was issued by the State Government making the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 applicable to private educational institutions only on 6th March 2020, has held that the Act shall not be applicable on private educational institutions before the given date.
