Kar. HC: Life Convict Released on Parole on Wife’s Plea Claiming Deprivation of Her Right to Progeny - (06 Jun 2024)

Karnataka High Court has allowed a life convict to be released on parole for a period of thirty days on the plea of the wife that she is being deprived of her right of progeny.
