Kerala High Court Bans Use of Elephants at Sabarimala - (06 Jun 2016)

Kerala High Court has directed that elephant should not be used for idol procession during Sabarimala's main festival season, 'Makaravilakku'. However, the court has allowed using one elephant for the procession.
