All. HC: Can’t Disrupt Valid Elec. Connection While Replacing Overhead Wires With Underground Cables - (04 Jun 2024)

ELECTRICITY

Allahabad High Court has observed that for undertaking the process of replacing overhead wires with underground cables, valid electricity connections cannot be disrupted indefinitely by the Electricity Department.
