Kar. HC: Property Purchased in Auction Can’t be Denied Regi. on Grounds That IT Dues are Pending - (30 May 2024)

Karnataka High Court has observed that registration of sale certificate issued to a property purchased in auction, cannot be refused on the ground that Income Tax dues are pending against the original loan borrowers.
