Kar HC: Disciplinary Authority Must Look Into Past Conduct of Workman While Passing Dismissal Order - (29 May 2024)

Karnataka High Court has observed that the disciplinary authority, while taking into consideration the findings of the inquiry officer and passing the order of penalty, is required to look into the past conduct of the workman.
