Plea by Moti Mahal in Delhi High Court for Cancellation of Daryaganj Restaurant’s Trademark - (28 May 2024)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Moti Mahal restaurant has filed a plea in the Delhi High Court seeking the cancellation of the Daryaganj restaurant chain’s trademark. The challenge has been made to the registered trademark “Daryaganj: By The Inventors of Butter Chicken & Dal Makhani” in favour of the restaurant.
