Kerala High Court: Court Granting Bail Can Cancel it, if Conditions are Violated - (28 May 2024)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court has held that the legal position is settled that when a Court grants bail after imposing conditions, violation of any of the conditions in a bail order would lead to cancellation of bail by invoking power under Section 439 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
