Delhi High Court: Centenary Chance Exams of Delhi University Not a Matter of Right - (23 May 2024)

EDUCATION

Del. HC has observed that Centenary Chance Exams are not a matter of right. Neither did candidates, who had failed to clear papers within maximum span period of the course have a right to seek a further chance to clear papers, nor did Delhi University have any obligation to provide any such chance.
