SC: Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren's Withdraws Petition Challenging His Arrest by ED - (22 May 2024)

CRIMINAL

Former Chief Minister of Jharkhand Hemant Soren has withdrawn his plea challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case after the Supreme Court showed clear disinclination towards entertaining the plea.
