Del. HC Quashes Order Upholding Arbitral Award Directing SpiceJet to Pay ?270 Cr. to Kalanithi Maran - (22 May 2024)

Delhi High Court has set aside an order that upheld an arbitral award, directing SpiceJet and its chairman, Ajay Singh to pay an amount of ? 270 Crores to Kalanithi Maran and his company, KAL Airways.
