Ker. HC: Right of Accused to Seek Speedy Testing of Seized Drugs/Substances Under NDPS Rules, 2022 - (22 May 2024)

CRIMINAL

Ker HC has observed that accused has right to seek speedy testing of seized drugs/substances under Rule 14 of NDPS (Seizure, Storage, Sampling and Disposal) Rules 2022 and directed State/Regional Forensic Science Laboratories in State to submit chemical analysis reports within specified time frame.
