SC: PwD Allowed to Attend Interview if They Have Got Minimum Marks Prescribed For SC/ST Categories - (22 May 2024)

SERVICE

Supreme Court while granting an interim relief, has passed an order allowing persons with disabilities (PwD) to appear in the interview for appointment to judicial services if they have secured minimum marks as provided for the SC/ST candidates.
