SC: UP Anti-Conversion Law May Seem to be Violating Article 25 of Constitution of India - (17 May 2024)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court while hearing petitions on alleged forceful religious conversions, has observed that the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Conversion Law in some part may seem to be violative of Article 25 of Constitution of India.
