Plea to Terminate 30 Weeks Pregnancy Dismissed, SC Talks About Right to Life of Child in Womb - (16 May 2024)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Supreme Court while dismissing a petition to terminate thirty weeks of pregnancy on the ground that there were neither foetal abnormalities diagnosed nor there was any threat to the life of the mother, has observed that the child in the womb also has a fundamental right to live.
