All HC: No Bar on Anticipa. Bail to Accused Booked u/s 376(3) IPC through UP Amend. to S. 438 CrPC - (15 May 2024)

CRIMINAL

All. HC has held that the Criminal Procedure Code (Uttar Pradesh Amendment) Act, 2018 through which provision of anticipatory bail has been revived in the State, does not bar grant of pre-arrest bail to accused booked for an offence under subsection (3) of Section 376 Indian Penal Code, 1860.
