NCDRC Cautioned by Supreme Court: Hierarchy of Judiciary Must Be Respected - (15 May 2024)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

SC has closed contempt proceedings against two members of NCDRC who ignored order of Supreme Court while issuing non-bailable warrants and observed that hierarchy of judiciary needs to be respected and that order passed by this Court will bind NCDRC and judicial officers.
