Del. HC: Father Held Guilty of Repeatedly Raping Minor Daughter for 2 Years, Acquittal Reversed - (15 May 2024)

CRIMINAL

Del. HC has reversed acquittal of a man guilty of raping his minor daughter repeatedly and observed that neither victim nor her mother could muster enough courage and report the incident to the police and if they had immediately rushed to police, victim might have been saved from perpetual trauma.
