SC: Authorities Directed to Take Immediate Measures Regarding Municipal Solid Waste in Delhi - (14 May 2024)

ENVIRONMENT

SC has directed several authorities to ensure that till the time proper facilities for processing waste are in place, quantity of untreated municipal solid waste does not increase in Delhi. The court further asked authorities to consider putting restraint on construction activities as a solution.
