Mad. HC: Can’t Deny Permission of Temple’s Festival on Grounds of Model Code of Conduct - (14 May 2024)

Madras High Court has observed that since the election has been completed and the polling is already over, the model code of conduct is no ground to deny permission to conduct the temple’s festival.
