Delhi High Court: Safeguards in Adoption Process Shouldn’t Lead to Harassment - (03 Jun 2016)

Delhi High Court has asked the Ministry of Women and Child Development and Central Adoption Resource Agency to “streamline” the process of inter-country adoption while observing that “Safeguards are required but safeguards should not lead to harassment”.
