Allahabad High Court: Mother-in-law Acquitted in Dowry Case After Five Years in Jail - (13 May 2024)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has acquitted the mother-in-law of the deceased in a case of dowry death, after five years in jail when it was found that at the time of the crime, the mother-in-law was living separately from her son which indicated her no direct involvement in the alleged demands for dowry.
