Bom. HC: Admission Obtained on False OBC Certificate, Doctor Allowed to Retain Qualification - (13 May 2024)

EDUCATION

Bombay High Court has allowed a doctor who obtained admission on false OBC certificate, to retain her qualification as a doctor and observed that since she has completed her MBBS course it would not be proper to withdraw her qualification as it would be a national loss.
