Status Quo Ordered by SC on Felling of Trees in Ridge/Reserve Forest, Contempt Notice Issued - (10 May 2024)

ENVIRONMENT

Supreme Court while issuing notice in contempt petitions filed for unauthorized felling of trees in Delhi's Ridge Forest, has ordered parties to not be involved in further tree felling and to maintain the status quo in respect of the property.
