Directions Against Misleading Advertisements Issued by Supreme Court - (08 May 2024)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

Supreme Court has issued a set of measures to protect consumers from misleading advertisements that include equal responsibility of advertisers and endorsers with regard to misleading ads and issuance of self-declaration form by advertisers before permission is granted to issue an advertisement.
