Del. HC: Apart from ‘Good and Bad Touch’ Children Need to be Taught About ‘Virtual Touch’ - (07 May 2024)

Del HC has observed that efforts to protect minors from harm have focused on teaching them about good & bad touch. However, it’s important to educate children about 'Virtual Touch’ which involves teaching them about appropriate online behavior and recognizing warning signs of predatory behavior.
