Bom. HC: Bail Granted to Accused Who Wasn’t Produced Before Court on Seventy Previous Dates - (06 May 2024)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court while granting bail to a murder accused who was not produced before the court on seventy previous dates, has observed that it is a sheer failure of the prosecution to produce the accused before the Court for framing the charge and progress of the trial.
