Hemant Soren, Former CM of Jharkhand Moves SC After HC Dismissed Challenge to His Arrest by ED - (06 May 2024)

Former Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Hemant Soren has moved Supreme Court after the Jharkhand High Court dismissed the challenge to his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in money laundering charges in connection with an illegal mining case.
