Kerala HC Refuses to Stay Circular Imposing Stricter Conditions for Driving Tests - (03 May 2024)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Kerala High Court has refused to pass an interim order staying the implementation of the circular dated February 25, 2024 issued by Motor Vehicles Department prescribing additional conditions regarding the usage of vehicles for driving tests.
