Del. HC: Delhi Govt. to Frame Policy for Compensation to Victims of Chinese Manjha - (02 May 2024)

Delhi High Court has directed the Delhi Government to frame a policy regarding granting compensation to persons who have lost their life and limbs due to the accidents from the sale of banned Chinese manjha in the capital.
